2. 100% Handcrafted with Love Each phone case is uniquely handmade. Due to the nature of the Resin crafting process, please note the following:

  • Subtle Imperfections: Small bubbles or tiny dust particles may occasionally occur within the resin. While we strive for perfection, these are natural characteristics of handmade resin art.
  • Final Confirmation: To ensure you are happy with the result, we will send confirmation photos/videos under natural light via Email or Instagram for your final approval before shipping.

3. Production Time & Shipping Quality takes time! We appreciate your patience as we create your custom piece:

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 7 business days.
  • The Curing Process: Resin requires approximately 3–4 days to air-dry and cure naturally to ensure a durable, crystal-clear finish.

Shipping Policy:

I use USPS for shipping services.
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours after placement.

International orders will be shipped via local delivery carriers. I will upload the tracking number once the package has been dispatched.

*If your order arrives damaged or fails to be delivered by USPS, please contact me! I will provide a solution for you! Communication is key!
